July 17th. 2022. Another week done with. Like last week, this week too for the “willing to be observant” has been an eye-opening one.

  • The government of FF/FG/Greens, managed to threaten, bribe or strongarm enough TD’s to make sure it can continue in government Mafia style. Mr Martin denied making any deals – the same Mr Martin that previously said he wouldn’t be going into coalition with Fine Gael – but with less than twelve hours of stating yet another lie, other TD’s admitted they made deals for their vote. Opps… Someone has egg on their face – but as you will read, they weren’t the only ones this week!

    .
  • The Green Party once again found itself operating more double-standards. On one hand, telling people to travel less, take shorter trips, cut down on their carbon emissions – while going business class in planes on longer haul trips that their fellow government ministers (from other parties) go more financially economically, with less carbon emissions to their same trip. Trying to pass off their double-standards, he tried to blame civil service guidelines – but seeing as he remains in a government that’s only breaking laws, home and international, the “guideline” excuse was only swallowed by the brainwashed faithful.
    .
  • The three government parties rammed in turf law changes just before it scarpered on its 10 week holiday. The changes was PR public sold as a “new compromise” by FF/FG/Green heads in order to quell unrest before a “Motion of no confidence” vote. However, if people looked at what was passed into law, it was near the same damn thing that was originally proposed by the Green Party six months ago – that then caused immediate outrage.
    .
What was quietly media and government buried, was their proposal to define a “village” as 500 people or less, so that turf could still then be sold there! After that quiet legislation edit, everything else now enforced (further inabilities to sell and advertise) on communities across Ireland, remained the same as proposed six months ago. Of course this was another nugget of information that was #RTEcensored. One more of many. FF and FG are again playing the public like a fine fiddle – and they do it well. They’ve been practicing for decades while in consecutive governments.
    .
The ramming in of the turf restrictions, was carried out the day after the “Motion Of No Confidence“. FF/FG couldn’t take any risks trying to pass the legislation before the said motion, in case there was still objectors to it – who would then vote against the government parties in any Sinn Fein motion. So, they left the passing of the legislation till after the Sinn Fein motion.
    .
    .
  • Another government deliberate deed #’RTEcensored from publicity, was the crony-style appointment of former Chief Justice Frank Clarke to a €59,000-a-year role. He was appointed president of the Law Reform Commission. There was no others allowed apply for the job. There was no job adverts. There was no recruitment process. the man was just bunged into the job – in total conflict of standard job position procedures that the same double-standard government says others times, must be carried out. A possible illegal act carried out to look after an ex-judge, to a setup that’s supposed to improve the law – including ones that got his his latest questionable job under questionable circumstances? You couldn’t make this stuff up – but once again Fianna Fail and Fine Gael continuing their own political and cronyism corruption, most certainly could yet again!
    .
  • Minister of State, Mary Butler trying to get a PR win over on Sinn Fein, lashed into them when she stated that the “Back to school allowance” was less in the North than it was in the South. other people that actually know their facts, were quick to clarify that in the North of Ireland, all school books and stationery was and still is, actually free. The Minister of State in trying to embarrass Sinn Fein, ended up with egg on her face.
    .
  • Brendan Griffin TD also had his own doofus moment. Standing up in the Dail aggressively attacking Sinn Fein, he loudly claimed that Fine Gael was the party of Michael Collins. Those that are actually better educated – and this includes people not even in Fine Gael – know that Michael Collins was over 10 years dead before Fine Gael was even formed! So, unless he came back from the dead to join the Fine Gael Party later, it was yet another Fine Gael member either coming across as completely stupid or openly trying to absurdly re-write Irish history!
    .
  • Questions started to be asked over the contents of a previous Fine Gael manifesto. A European data leak exposed many connections between top political heads, involved Uber lobbyists and using ‘stealth tech’ to block scrutiny. It was one more international scandal, RTE, the government voice, was keen to say nearly nothing about.  While French president Macron decided to own up and be accountable, back in good old Ireland for the same political lobbying and possible antics that led to Fine Gael passing off (incorrect) Uber ideas as their own, decided to own up to nothing. Instead, they decided to join RTE in playing the matter down. Topic media nearly dropped in Ireland while the matter still rolls on outside it. Only a few Irish based papers cover the matter – and then barely – and carefully! LINK
    ..
  • The previous announcement about the Dublin metro which was costed at €9.5 Billion Euro, was later in the week met with laughter and scorn as more accurate financial estimates were assessed at a much higher cost. The debate if it will actually happen, still goes on. many consider the announcement as a political tactic by Fianna Fail, to try help bolster its total support deflation in Dublin.  Such is Fianna Fail’s desperation, they are already talking about putting a Dublin Fianna Fail face up as the next leader of the party. Any trick in the book to win back votes, are under consideration – such is their desperation.

    .
  • Further details emerged about the next Fianna Fail and Fine Gael plan to impose more charging impositions on the general public. TV licence collectors will be allowed to further target residents as soon as they move under a new roof. Besides bring up personal data transfer issues that openly conflict with an ECJ Bara case ruling, the possible illegal act of dats transfer will see more people walloped with yet another bill at an already time of economic financial crises. Owning a media device from a laptop, to a mobile phone, etc, will mean that the two parties will target a lot more people – so that RTE (the government voice) by financial vast majority, can continue to be funded. inspectors will gain further powers so they can track new home/flat completions so that they can then move in, to slap on an additional annual bill. Of course, RTE itself, has decided not to report much of this too. It’s that they do – or don’t!!!
    .
  • The week ended with scandalous detail emerging about a private hospital in Spain that has now been already associated with major international crime. The hospital is lined up by the government, for the sending of those that can afford it, for treatments they cannot gain back home. Through the state scheme – “Healthcare Abroad” – that they drew up to look after yet another private company, among those involved, is one Chris Goodey, the former chief executive of the National association of General Practitioners. The man is allegedly connected to Leo Varadkar and his questionable leaking of a state confidential document. Mr Goodey is currently also under investigation by the Corporate Enforcement Authority. There has be near silence about this matter (like others) from Fine Gael, Leo Varadkar and it’s enablers, Fianna Fail and Green Party.
    .

In other words, it has been an average week for Fianna Fail and Fine Gael.
