FIANNA FÁIL MEMBERS KNOW WHERE ORG FAULT LAYS – BUT REFUSE TO TO WHAT NOW NEEDS TO BE DONE.

.
I’ve said it from the start – when the previous government of “confidence and supply” was FF/FG gang created – that the identity of Fianna Fail is now completely lost. I previously asked a number FF and FG people what was the difference in their individual party ideological agendas. They each looked at me totally confused before trying to point out ideas they had but the other party hadn’t at the time. That is not what I had actually asked about – and in complete stupidity, they couldn’t see this.
.
For example, the fundamental ideology of United people, in it’s constitution, is to make sure that all elected at all levers are far more accountable all year, every year. Not just once at every election of five year gaps.
* A core ideology of UnitedPeople, is to tackle every day issues while seeing that the public better gain first prior to big industrial lobbies sticking their oar in.
* A core ideology of UnitedPeople is to not only keep up the protection of human rights and non-discrimination – but also further enhance those rights.
….All this and more as core starting points while then going on to address every day issues and better try to see, then head off more incoming ones.
.
Ask your local FG or FF members what constitution differentiation there is between either the FF and FG parties – and they haven’t a god-damn clue! The question even confuses them. They will try quote ideas on specific issues. The question really being asked, goes right over their head. Ultimately, this leads to the situation where increasing members of the public are more saying “There is feck overall difference between the two parties” – and they could be very right. “Two cheeks of the same arse” is something regular said to me.
.
Michael Martin doesn’t seem to grasp this – or if he does, he appears to be completely inadequate to address the matter. He’s not up for the job and FF members are afraid to do anything substantial to address this party crises while it sinks further down ìn polls. I’ve little doubt Mr Martin will be later coaxed out of his party leader position once he loses the Taoiseach seat. Current other FF top table heads are just biding their time – but by then, it will be too little, too late. Mr Martin’s refusal to deal with Mr Varadkar’s possible criminal acts – then incredibly even further backing his very rival, will come back to haunt the Fianna Fail party – and that’s one balls-up of 70+ since 2020.
.
It all goes to show that Mr Martin might have been strategy clever in gaining top party position – but this didn’t translate into a powerful leader being seen to run the country – but instead, flounder around while it more turns to ruin though internal incompetence and external factors he was not strong enough to get to grips with.
